MH Group compliance to EU Directives 2000/53/EC, 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC & 2003/11/EC
Introduction
This document describes the extent to which the MH Group, comply with EU Directives 2000/53/EC, 2002/95/EC, 2002/96/EC & 2003/11/EC.
This document will also describe in short the extent to which MH Group products contain any of the restricted material or parts mentioned in the Directives
Compliance
All products manufactured and delivered by any of the subsidiaries within the MH Group meet or exceed any of current applicable requirements regarding presence of restricted substances included in EU Directive 2000/53/EC, 2003/11/EC, WEEE (2002/96/EC) and RoHS (2002/95/EC).
RoHS & WEEE
All products from MH Group, including products delivered from above stated subsidiaries, comply with the RoHS directive regarding hazardous substances such as Lead, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium and Mercury.
Brominated Flame Retardants, such as PBB or PBDE are not used in any of MH Group manufactured products.
