The company has a policy of providing a happy and pleasant environment for all its employees. To this end there will no smoking inside the premises, no consumption of alcohol on the premises. We expect all employees to conduct themselves in the proper manner at the company or any of its functions. Foul language, excess drunkenness and criminal activity of any kind will not be accepted by the company. Employees are expected to keep the law of the land.
The company is primarily a manufacturer, thus providing the security of having control over its main supply costs, quality and pricing, with the added advantage of synergistic relationships with partners/ suppliers, thus maintaining the lower overheads of a distributor.
The Company will never become too dependant on any one supplier but will remain interdependent in all of its operations.
All agreements with suppliers, customers and employees shall always be and remain on a win-win basis.
We believe in listening to our employees, customers, suppliers and the market so that we are always learning and growing through new ideas, innovations, partnerships and acquisitions.
In order to ensure continued top quality products and service the company will always meet or exceed the requirements of ISO9000 and keep abreast of quality standard developments.
We recognise our competencies of marketing, technical and design capability, packaging and relationships. We will never limit ourselves by dogma such as "we are only manufacturers".
We always measure the effectiveness of the ingredients of this statement by sales turnover and net profit - No Margin No Mission. |
